YUP Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Terms

At YUP, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We aim to provide flexible shipping options to suit your needs.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Belgium)

• For orders under €100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• For orders over €100, shipping is free.

3. International Shipping

• For orders under €200, international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• For orders over €200, shipping is free.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 7 business days.

• Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. YUP is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or customs.

5. Tracking & Issues

• Tracking information will be provided where available.

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
