YUP Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at YUP! If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right for you, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
Important Notes:
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• Returns from outside Europe are not accepted.
• Refunds apply to the item(s) only – shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Return Criteria:
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
✔️ Perfect condition – unworn, unwashed, no stains or defects.
✔️ Original branded packaging included.
✔️ Secure packaging – use a waterproof bag or box with tape.
✔️ Proof of shipment – keep your tracking number in case of loss.
If your return meets these requirements, we’ll process your refund once we receive the item.
